|
Work to be Performed: The work shall generally consist of the placement of an ½-inch PMAR Chip Seal with an application of Micro-surfacing on top (i.e. Antioch Cape Seal) to residential streets. Additional work shall include, but not be limited to, surface preparation, removal of vegetation, pavement markings and markers, installation of permanent pavement markings and markers, traffic control, and water pollution control.
Location: Various locations in the City of Antioch.
The estimated cost of construction is $1,800,000. A prebid meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., March 3, 2026, at the City Council Chambers located at 200 “H” Street Antioch, California 94509. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements. BIDDER'S ATTENDANCE AT THIS MEETING WILL BE MANDATORY.
