Antigonish Lagoon Sludge Removal and Transport

This project is located at the aerated lagoon at the Antigonish Sewage Treatment Plant, Town of Antigonish, NS. It consists of dredging or otherwise excavating and removing underwater sludge, floating and settled material from the sludge lagoon to shore. The operation also includes processing of dredged material to acceptable solids content, and transportation of the dewatered material to the Guysborough Landfill at 151 Waste Management Rd, Boylston, NS B0H 1G0.
The work if this contract is to be constructed in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Municipal Services (latest edition) as developed by the NS Road Builders Association & NS Consulting Engineers Association Joint Committee on Contract Documents except as modified herein.
