The City of Tahlequah is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a concession facility at the Anthis Brennan Sports Complex. The facility will include space for concession operations, equipment storage, and bathrooms. Please contact Ray Hammons at 918-931-7480 or

Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Tahlequah until 9:00 am on September 16, 2025. The sealed envelope must be legibly marked on the outside with the following information in the lower left corner: The word “BID”, Bid No., Project Name, and the Closing Date. All submitted bids must be stamped as received by the City Clerk prior to this time. Bids received after the time set for opening bids will not be considered.

The bids will be opened publicly on September 16, 2025 at 9:10 am in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, 111 S Cherokee Avenue.

Bids may be held by the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma for a period not to exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract.

The right is reserved, as the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received.
