ANTHC Enterprise Operational Excellence Consulting Services

Project Description: Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) seeks proposals from qualified consulting firms to partner with the organization in establishing an Enterprise Operational Excellence (OpEx) Program. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, coaching, implementation support, and knowledge transfer to develop a sustainable, internally led Operational Excellence capability.
The selected consultant will serve as a transformation partner, helping ANTHC establish the foundational systems, leadership behaviors, governance, and workforce capabilities necessary to support continuous improvement across the organization. The intent is to develop ANTHC's internal capacity rather than create a long-term dependency on external consulting services.
