ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 11:00 A.M., October 28, 2025, for the following:
ANNUAL WATER STORAGE TANK INTERIOR CLEANING AND INSPECTION - 2026
CLEANING AND INSPECTION OF WATER STORAGE TANKS IN THE ENTIRE CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER SYSTEM
PULASKI COUNTY AND SALINE COUNTY, AR
CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER JOB NO. 09498
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on October 21, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., by way of teleconference or in person (Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock (8th Floor). All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. Direct any bid questions to Thomas Wray of Central Arkansas Water at (501) 377-1221 or at Thomas.Wray@carkw.com .
All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
This publication was paid for by the Engineering Department of Central Arkansas Water at a cost of $271.56.
