Annual Vehicle Painting & Body Repairs

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and

qualified to provide proposals for an annual agreement for vehicle painting and body repairs.

It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single consultant to accomplish all the

services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple

awards if it is in the City’s best interest to do so.

Proposal response packages will be received until 2:00 p.m. CT, September 23rd, 2025, after

which time the names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division.

Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace

(“Bidding Portal”). Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be accepted.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. CT Tuesday, September 9th, 2025on the 3rd

floor, finance conference room #2 of the new City Hall building located at 1101 Texas Avenue.

All question shall be submitted through the Q&A portal on this website and are due by 9/16/25 by 2:00 p.m. CT.
