Annual Training, Calibration and Quarterly Maintenance and Repairs of Laboratory Equipment and Process Control and Flow Measurement Meters

Project Description: The City of Buckeye (“City”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to qualified companies with demonstrated experience interested in providing professional services to assist the City of Buckeye’s Water Resources Department in Annual Training, Calibration and Quarterly Maintenance and Repairs of Laboratory Equipment and Process Control and Flow Measurement Meters. The City is seeking to issue a contract to one company that can provide the services on a quarterly basis and provide annual onsite training for the Water Production Division. This a potential five (5) year contract that will have a base period of one (1) year with four (4) optional one (1) year extensions. Bids will be received electronically via the City of Buckeye’s Bonfire website no later than 3:00 PM MST, November 18, 2024.
