Annual Traffic Signal Maintenance

The City of Woodstock is requesting proposals for Annual Traffic Signal Maintenance services as defined in the attached documents.

All proposals received prior to the specified date and time, which meet or exceed the minimum specifications, will be considered by the City. The City will review each properly submitted bid and will make a selection based upon price, availability, quality, and other features of the proposals. Proposals submitted after the deadline, will not be considered and will be returned.

Not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the City of Woodstock and/or the Illinois Department of Labor, or determined by a court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract. The successful proposer shall comply with all requirements of the “Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act”, 30 ILCS 570/0.01.

From the submittals, the City will select a proposer for further consideration. Additional information may be requested from these proposer(s). No meetings to discuss proposal(s) will be scheduled prior to the submittal or City review of proposals.

Only proposals submitted on the attached forms as prepared by the City of Woodstock will be considered.
