Notes	The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified Contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, and other components necessary to perform the annual testing and inspection of twenty (20) aerial and lifting devices and two (2) fire truck aerial ladders prior to June 1, 2026 with up to four (4) additional 12-month contract renewal periods. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
