Bidders are invited to submit bids per material line item and must use unit pricing. The following types of road materials will be used by the County Road & Bridge Department:
1. Processed Base Materials
2. Cold Mix Limestone Rock Asphalt
3. Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt
4. ASPPM 9202 Cold Mix
5. Asphaltic Materials
The award of the Annual Supply Contract for Road Materials will have multiple contract awards. Bidders may submit a bid for one type of material or several.
The County may award contracts for any, all, or a combination of materials to one or more bidders, if determined to be the lowest and best responsible bidder for the County.
