Bid Description:
The City of Barre is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of various supplies to
include fuels, aggregate, and chemicals at multiple facilities operated by the City. If
chosen as the successful bidder, the vendor shall supply the product as requested, at their
submitted bid price, for the entirety of FY27 from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027,
regardless of quantity provided.
Questions related to the bid process are to be asked by phone or email at (802) 595-1400
or pwdirector@barrecity.org. Questions related to specific products and facilities are to
be sent to the point of contact of the facility that the vendor is inquiring about.
The bid form shall be submitted by email to pwdirector@barrecity.org ,with
“Annual Supply Bid FY27” in the subject line, no later than 12:00PM on Thursday,
June 4, 2026 in order for a bid to be considered.
