Explore Minnesota intends to renew the subscription of national hotel data and custom reporting of lodging occupancy and room rate data for Minnesota and Minnesota destination areas, including republishing rights. Information collected by Smith Travel Research (STR) is proprietary and are the only source of this level of data nationally comparable lodging information.
