Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is accepting Annual Statement of Qualifications (ASQ) for Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Videography, Photography, Event Planning, Web and Electronic Media Services, Consumer Research or Education, Strategic Planning, and Public-Policy Initiatives.
The closing date for the receipt of Statements of Qualifications is 3 p.m. CT, Thursday, April 9, 2026.
CAW reserves the right to reject any and all Annual Statements of Qualifications and waive formalities when deemed to be in the best interest of the water utility.
