The successful bidder will be required to provide masonry services to buildings, cemeteries, parks and playgrounds maintained and operated by the City of Melrose Public Works Department. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM. All questions and interpretations shall be submitted to Jennifer Rosa at JRosa@CityofMelrose.org. A 100% payment bond and 100% performance bond will be required upon the award of the contract.
