Annual Service Agreement for Locate Services

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from contractors who are interested and qualified to provide ‘Locate Services’ for the locating and marking all of CSU’s Electric facilities, Water and Wastewater main lines as , and when requested, using the appropriate Texas 811 color code for marking (“Services”). This Service work shall include but not be limited to physically locating all CSU underground facilities in the field or clearing the request (notifying the caller that there are no buried facilitates within the scope of the Texas 811 ticket).

It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single contractor to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal for an Annual Service Agreement.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding System”) until 2:00 p.m. CST on March 12, 2026 . Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. Click here for an online response tutorial.

• Hardcopy (Original): Hand-delivered proposal packages shall be submitted to the Purchasing Division in a sealed envelope marked with the RFP number, project title, and the name/address of the Offeror. Proposals delivered to the Purchasing Division via US Mail or other delivery method shall be in a sealed envelope within the mailing/shipping envelope with “PROPOSAL ENCLOSED” noted on the face of the mailing/shipping envelope. Proposal packages shall include one (1) unbound original bid, one (1) electronic copy (PDF) of the bid on a USB drive, and other documents as required.
