REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Marietta will receive bids from qualified general contractors at 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 in accordance with Bidding Documents for:

ANNUAL SEASONAL COLOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NUMBER RFP—24-49745

Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Department, 1 ^st floor, Marietta City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday October 11, 2023,  at which time proposals will be publicly opened. The names of the proposers will be read aloud. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The work includes b ut is not limited to the design, installation, and maintenance of seasonal color throughout the City of Marietta.

Proposals must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after bid opening.

City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
