Annual Road Resurfacing: Public Works FY26

The City of Titusville intends to contract with a licensed contractor(s) to perform paving improvements on previously paved roads within Titusville in order to extend the life and enhance the ride quality, surface integrity, and sustainability. Milling/resurface approximately 7.13 miles of paved roads. the awarded Contractor(s) shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including mobilization, and maintenance of traffic (M.O.T), necessary to perform the average 1.5" thick mill/resurface and overlay of paved streets listed. The Contractor shall also be responsible for renting a hydrant meter to support milling operations from the City.
