2026 Annual Road Construction Contract for the Town of Blackstone, Hopedale, Mendon, and Millville including hot mix asphalt milling and paving; reclamation and pulverization; sand and chip seal; full depth pavement and/or reconstruction; minor drainage structure repair; new curb and sidewalk construction and/or reconstruction; and incidental work.
