The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for the Emergency Repair Program, a component of the Housing Rehabilitation Program. The City will contract with a qualified contractor to perform plumbing repair services within a 24-hour response time to provide emergency repairs to residential properties whose owners have been qualified for this program by Arlington Housing Services staff.
The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
