Annual Professional or Legal Service Qualification Request

Project Description: The Utah School and Institutional trust Lands Administration has an ongoing need for professional services throughout the state. The agency maintains a list of pre-qualified professionals from whom the agency may procure services. Service providers interested in being pre-qualified vendors should submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). SOQs are accepted at any time.
A list of pre-qualified providers with approved rates will be created from the submitted SOQs
THE AGENCY IS NOT REQUIRED TO SOLICIT EACH OR ANY PRE-QULAIFIED PROVIDER FOR A PARTICULAR SERVICE IT PROCURES.
Professional Services may include auditing, land planning, environmental consulting, marketing, surveying, real estate appraising, real estate brokerage, accounting, legal services, engineering (civil, environmental, archeology consulting, geotechnical, mining), forestry, property management, and water rights consulting.
Please, fill out the form below, include a recent fee schedule and add up to 12 pages of any other documentation which may be of interest and upload all information to Bonfire or U3P. If you have submitted an SOQ in in the last three years, there is no need to do so again.
Electronic Submissions are preferred. Hard copies will be scanned and recycled.
