ANNUAL PRINTING AND MAILING OF POSTCARDS FOR DCCED CBPL

The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Administrative Services, is soliciting bids for the printing and mailing of postcards to licensed corporations and businesses.
DCCED estimates a budget, exclusive of postage, of between $10,000 and $25,000 dollars annually for this contract.
The length of the contract will be from the date of award, approximately August 17, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with the option to renew for SIX additional 1-YEAR terms under the same terms and conditions as the original contract. Renewals will be exercised at the sole discretion of the state.
Bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM Alaska Time on Monday August 10, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened.
