until 2:00 p.m. CT, August 26, 2025,after which time all qualified bids will be opened via Teams meeting and read aloud. Bids received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.

Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“bidding portal”). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is August 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CT.

LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT

The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for an Annual Price Agreement covering various underground distribution projects, to include boring, installing conduit, pulling cable and terminations from large residential subdivisions to commercial developments. This work will have energized locations at 12kv. College Station Utilities will provide all materials for this work. This agreement will serve as a basis for pricing, with specific projects assigned on an as-needed basis. When a project arises, the selected vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal including the scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, and total cost, calculated using the established unit pricing. Job locations and specifications will be provided by the Project Manager at the time of request. The total contract value will not exceed $500,000 per year; however, this amount is not guaranteed and will vary annually based on the number and scope of approved projects.

Five (5) percent bid security is required.
