Annual Price Agreement for Distribution Poles

The City of College Station is soliciting bids for the purchase of for the design, drawings, materials, fabrication, inspection, and delivery of tapered fiberglass composite poles, self-supported fiberglass composite poles, and prestressed spun cast concrete pole type structures designed for the construction of 7.2/12.5 kV distribution lines. in accordance with the following definitions, terms and conditions of bidding. Should this bid contain the City’s standard contract terms, conditions and insurance requirements, they will be attached as Exhibit A.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on March 10, 2026 after which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division (1101 Texas Avenue, College Station TX, 77840). Individuals interested in observing the bid opening may attend in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams Meeting . Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are successfully uploaded to the Bidding Portal prior to the stated submission deadline.
