The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal-Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas is issuing this sources sought to identify potential small business concerns having an interest and capability to supply the materials specified herein.

Results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Based on responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. THE FOLLOWING IS A BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE REQUIREMENT. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

1.0 GENERAL: This is a non-personal services contract to provide an annual preventive maintenance (PM) of the Multi Chemistry Analyzer (BC T0017866) and Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (BC T0022731) with associated component sub-assemblies. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

1.1 Scope: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Multi Chemistry Analyzer and Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer with associated component sub-assemblies PMs and repairs as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract.

1.2 Background: Equipment is located at the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas in the Materials Process and Engineering Division Chemical Lab, Building 8.

1.3 Description of Services: The Contractor shall perform the PM and repairs at building 8 Chemical Lab at the CCAD.

1.4 Period of Performance (POP): The POP shall be one Base year of twelve (12) months plus two (2) twelve (12) month option years to be funded and exercised at the government’s discretion. One PM visit annually and repair visit(s) as needed.
