The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the
Housing Type: 590, 667 and 200 Developments for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth
Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by the Plymouth Housing Authority.
The Project consists of: Painting of vacant units at unit turnover
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A (2)(B) and to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49
26 to 27H inclusive.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024.
All Quotes should be delivered to: 130 Court Street, Plymouth, MA, 02360 or emailed to
gmcgowan@plymha.org, and received no later than the date and time specified above. Quotes may be
hand delivered, mailed, or emailed.
Contract Documents will be available at: 130 Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360.
Contractors requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for 20.00 dollars
per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail handling costs.
The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection by appointment only.
