2026 Annual Mowing Services - Bonner Springs, KS

Scope of Services

The City of Bonner Springs seeks bids from qualified mowing contractors to perform mowing and trimming services at multiple locations. Attached you will find an outlined area for each location to be mowed and trimmed. Please include on the bid sheet a price to mow all locations each time. The total price should include the rate to service all properties and any additional expenses for all sites to be mowed one time. Staff will schedule the number of cuts based on the price of each site, weather, and budget.

The City reserves the right to remove properties from the contract or have separate contracts on properties as determined necessary.

Permit/License and Insurance/Bond Requirements

a) Occupational License: The successful contractor must have a City of Bonner Springs Occupational License to perform work within the City. Occupational Licenses can be obtained from the City Clerk's office.

b) Insurance: The successful Contractor shall provide a certificate of insurance, which includes the City of Bonner Springs as an additional insured, to the City Clerk’s Office. General Liability for each occurrence shall be $500,000 per occurrence/$1,000,000 aggregate and Workers’ Compensation limits shall be $500,000.

Bids must be received no later than Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM
