7,500 GALLON - LIQUID, PROPANE, ORDER TO BE ON AN AUTOMATIC FILL-UP BASIS FOR A 12 MONTH PERIOD: 19 MARCH 2025 - 18 MARCH 2026.
IN THE EVENT THE TANK IS AT 30% OR BELOW PRIOR TO THE NEXT DELIVERY, THE WATERVLIET ARSENAL WILL NOTIFY CONTRACTOR AND THE CONTRACTOR SHALL DELIVER.
CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY THE BULK TANK THAT HAS A TOTALIZER AND FILLING STATION. CONTRACTOR MUST MAINTAIN TANK AND EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION AND PERFORM SERVICE ON AN ON-CALL BASIS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
TANK TO BE FILLED TO 80% MAXIMUM CAPACITY.
CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE METER TICKETS, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER, QUANTITY DELIVERED AND DATE DELIVERED.
