Summary

Vendor is to perform annual inspection on overhead cranes required by OSHA to cover all elements in OSHA 1910.179 and ANSI B30.2, at AASF #2 in Birmingham.
Vendor will provide a detailed report for each crane. A man lift will be required to reach each crane.
Vendor is responsible for all labor and materials.

Total cost of labor, materials, special equipment, and all other miscellaneous charges must be included.
