Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish specifications and solicit bids for a contractor to provide necessary supplies to emergency shelters on an ¿as needed¿ basis. Supplies/services shall become necessary for pre-disaster, during the disaster, and post-disaster events. Due to the emergency requirement of the specified supplies, the County reserves the right to award to a primary and secondary vendor. For additional information concerning these specifications, please contact ONLY Ms. Sabrina Tippett, Procurement Specialist, by visiting the Purchasing portal: https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. Bidders are not to contact any County department directly.
