Notes	The City of Warner Robins issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of procuring Mowing and Landscaping Maintenance Services for Parks and Facilities located within the corporate limits of the City. The City plans to award a multi-year contract starting July 1, 2026. The contract will begin with a one-year term and may automatically renew for up to four additional one-year terms, for a total of five years, unless it is terminated earlier according to the agreement terms. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (ET), in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, located in City Hall, 700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093. To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from the respective contractor must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. Proposals must be submitted through the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (ET). Contractors are encouraged to submit any questions about the RFP requirements or specifications. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Monday, April 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (ET). By submitting a proposal, contractors acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and any addenda related to this RFP. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities or technicalities, and accept or reject any item or combination of items. If awarded, the contract will go to the responsible bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration price, availability, value, and other relevant factors.
