Notice is hereby given that sealed/electronic bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2026, and that said bids will be opened and read aloud in the Board of Supervisors' Meeting Room, 2915 Canty street. Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567. This agreement shall be in effect from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein. The agreement may be renewed at the discretion of Jackson County upon written notice to Contractor of intent to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the contract for a period of four (4) successive one-year periods under the same prices, terms and conditions as in the original agreement.
