Annual Contract - Cure in Place Pipe Lining Services

The scope of this solicitation includes, but is not limited to, providing Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) services for rehabilitation of sewer pipe in Winter Haven, Florida on an as needed basis. The work specified provides for the reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of a resin-impregnated flexible tube that is tightly formed to the original conduit. The resin is cured using either hot water under hydrostatic pressure or steam pressure within the tube.

The work should be constructed in accordance with ASTM F1216-09 and/or ASTM F1216 “Standard Practice for Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Inversion and Curing of a Resin-Impregnated Tube”.

While this is an annual contract for citywide CIPP services, it is the City’s intent to initiate service via task order for services at the Cypresswood subdivision as outlined in Exhibit ‘A’ attached herein.
