Annual City-Wide Vehicle Towing and Storage

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide annual City-Wide vehicle towing and storage services.

Proposal response packages will be received until 2:00 p.m. CT, January 22, 2026, after which time the names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace

(“Bidding Portal”). Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on January 15, 2026. This deadline should not be treated as the target date for submitting all inquiries.

The City will accept electronic proposals or hardcopy (original) proposals. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.
