Description:	The proposed work is generally described as follows: Serving as NKWD’s milling and paving contractor for a one-year period beginning June 1, 2026, with two optional one-year renewal terms. The contractor will periodically complete milling and paving as work orders are issued by NKWD for areas where water main repair work has been performed. NKWD estimates an annual average of approximately 73,000 square feet, split among various Work Orders throughout the year. Work Orders are expected to be issued on a monthly basis. The work described in each Work Order shall be completed within 30 calendar days of the Work Order’s date of issuance. The estimated quantities are not guaranteed and payment to the Successful Bidder shall be based on the actual quantities of work requested by NKWD and successfully completed.
