Annual Agency Membership for the MDH Public Health Lab

The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement with the Association of Public Health Laboratories to purchase an annual membership for the agency.

This has been deemed a single source, as the Association of Public Health Laboratories is the only company that can provide the specific access to these membership benefits that the MDH Public Health Lab staff are needing. This has been determined due to the everchanging landscape of public health, as well as the everchanging demand of the staff that are needing the benefits. The accessibility of these benefits is crucial to the Public Health Lab to continue to provide the highest quality practices with laboratory services, and is something that only the Association of Public Health Laboratories can provide after doing proper market research.
