Summary

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to remove and replace 360 square feet of damaged flooring in four (4) separate areas. Certified City of St. Petersburg small business enterprises (SBE's) will be the only vendors considered for award.

This is a sheltered bid, and for contracts placed in a sheltered market, at least 20 percent of the contracting effort (including the cost of supplies) must be self-performed by the SBE prime contractor

Background

The damage was caused by extensive water intrusion during Hurricane Milton.
