The Annex Renovation

Bids will be received at the Portage County Internal Services Offices, (entrance off of Chestnut Street)

449 South Meridian Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 Tel: (330) 297-3611.

On Wednesday October 18, 2023, until 2:00 P.M. Local Time.

Bids received at any location other than the room specified above may not be considered at the discretion of the

Owner and shall be returned to the bidder unopened if not considered.

Bids will be received for the following:

Bid Package 1 – General Trades Contract

$500,000 Dollars

1. Revised SCOPE INCLUDES:

a. HVAC Replacement

b. Boiler Replacement package including pumps & expansion tanks.

c. Controls: Update DX 9100 to be a FEC (Field Control) system and tie into existing Johnson

Controls. Provide State Term Pricing.

d. Selected exterior masonry pointing.

e. Selected exterior waterproofing.

2. Revised SCOPE EXCLUDES:

a. VAV Box replacement.

b. No stair painting.

c. No new ramp construction.

d. No Interior repairs.
