Project Description: ANMC’s Urology Department currently operates with one (1) procedure room, resulting in limited capacity and lengthy wait times. To improve patient access, ANTHC will add a second procedure room by repurposing two (2) adjacent exam rooms. The Design Build Contractor shall provide full design and construction services necessary to convert two (2) exam rooms into one new Urology Procedure Room.
