The City of Houston is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive animal transport services for animals of various size and breed to communities, facilities, and foster-based rescues throughout the United States that demand adoptable pets as specified in the scope of work for the Administration and Regulatory Affairs Department (ARA). This is a three-year (3) term with two (2) one (1) year options to extend.
