Description:

|
The Township of Cherry Hill desires to appoint an Animal Shelter to provide animal sheltering services for the proper care of animals consistently, primarily of canines and felines brought in by the Cherry Hill Township contracted Animal Control Officer. This contract will be awarded through a fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

|
Facility License – Contractor’s animal sheltering facility must be fully licensed by the State of New Jersey and operates in compliance with New Jersey State Statutes, rules and regulations.

The applicant/proposer shall submit 1 original with original signatures marked "ORIGINAL" & should submit 1 complete & exact copy of the original marked "COPY" of his/her proposal & should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive.
