Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., February 6, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of a remodel of the existing south building at 3405 South Belt Highway and a new building addition to the south.

There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:00 A.M., on January 21, 2025, at 3405 South Belt Highway, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
