-Updates the Statement of Work dated 02 DEC 2024 to Amendment #1 dated 06 May 2025.

-Add attachment 14 "B.08 RFP_Att 14 Existing Conditions Drawings AMD1"

-Extend the solicitaion response date by 14 calendar days to 28 May 2025.
