Summary

Pinellas County Animal Services (PCAS) may need to utilize Animal Emergency Clinic services when the PCAS shelter is closed, or in the event no veterinarian is available. Citizens of Pinellas County may also be authorized to drop off sick and/or injured stray animals when the PCAS shelter is closed, or in the event no veterinarian is available. Animal Emergency Clinic services would be required until PCAS can pick-up the animal.
