ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES. The City of Andover is seeking proposals from qualified providers for Animal Control Services. The complete Request for Proposals (RFP) document, which includes all necessary information and requirements, is available on the City’s website at www.andovermn.gov . All submittals must contain the required information to allow for a proper examination of qualifications. Questions concerning the RFP should be emailed to m.hartner@andovermn.gov .
