Industrial Way N, Dallas, GA 30132. The scope of work will include all required trades and materials to

construct a new 1,100 s.f. Sally Port, a 16,886 s.f. interior renovation to an existing metal building facility

previously used as an adult recreation center, and a new 674 s.f. open-air outdoor kennel area for a total

of 18,660 s.f. See sheets G000 & G001 for the project description regarding the scope of work.
