The Ohio Department of Veterans Services Sandusky (ODVS/OVHS) is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to provide Animal Care Services in the form of aquarium care and bird care as outlined in the Scope of Work. July 01, 2026- June 30, 2027
