The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with a qualified firm for the management of the daily operations of an Animal Care Facility in the Mary Brocks Forbes science building located on the campus of Christopher Newport University and additional support for the institutionâs Animal Care Program. Christopher Newport University is an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract shall be for a three (3) year initial period with the option to renew for two (2) successive one (1) year periods.
