Animal Care Center Renovation & Expansion Project

Project Description: The City of Lewisville, Texas (the “City”) is pleased to be accepting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) team member to provide preconstruction and construction services for its Animal Care Renovation & Expansion project. The City will be using a two-step CMAR selection process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, and this solicitation is the first step in this process. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
