2026 Animal Box Purchase Animal Services

The City of Sedalia will receive proposals for the purchase of one (1) Stainless Steel Animal Container Truck bed compatible with Ford F250 series for City of Sedalia Animal Services Department.

Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 2026 Animal Box Purchase Animal Services" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.

Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time.

Bids must be Stainless steel and compatible with 2026 Ford F250 8 foot bed (Ford F250).

Proposal forms provided by the City of Sedalia shall be used.

Any and all questions regarding the technical specifications shall be directed to Randi Battson at (660) 826-5816 by 5 p.m. June 3, 2026. Any material changes to the bid specifications arising as a result of such questions shall be approved by the City in writing and mailed or delivered to each bidder of record not less than six (6) days prior to bid opening.
