The City of Houston (“City”) requests proposals from qualified 501(c)3 organizations (“Contractor”) to operate a new Animal Adoption Center in partnership with the City’s BARC Animal Shelter and Adoptions (“BARC”). The primary objective is to increase the live outcomes of shelter animals through adoptions, transfers, and community programs while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare.
